Where are you guys?
On Saturdays and Sundays, we meet at Los
Alisos Intermediate School. Our offices (and lots of mid-week
stuff, Stripped, and more) are at The
Hub.
When are your services?
Services happen once on Saturday evening at 6pm and twice on Sundays,
9:30am and 11am. Each week, we offer a stripped down mid-week service,
called "Stripped"which takes place every Wednesday, at
6:30pm at The Hub.
What is Canyon Hills all about?
On the web, you can learn all about Canyon Hills in the Us
section. Check out Canyon Hills Defined,
our Beliefs, our Values,
or read a personal note from Lead Pastor John Reed, in what we call
the Holy Grail. For
an up-close and in-depth look on what we're all about, check out
Canyon Tours.
The "Tour" is THE place to learn all about where we've
been, where we're at, and where we're headed. And, it's a great
place to meet other Canyon Hiller's!
Who makes it all happen?
Lots of folks. Canyon Hills runs a lean staff, with lots of volunteers
(over 60 every weekend!) who make it all happen. Check out our staff,
our extended staff, our director's
team, and you can learn about our many volunteers (including
how to become one) in the Get
Involved section.
Do you have any bible studies during the week?
Absolutely. We call them LIFEgroups, and we've got them for just
about every need and life stage. To learn more about our LIFEgroups,
There are also other gatherings happening all the time, including
the brand-new fX study series. To find out more about the types
of studies we offer, send us an email.
What can I expect when I visit?
Casual. Contemporary. And an experience that's probably not what
you'd normally expect from a "church". The music rocks
as much as it moves. There's always fresh coffee and tasty eats,
and someone friendly to say hello to. You'll see dramas and videos
during the morning, hear messages based on the Bible, and (we hope)
you'll walk away feeling as though you've experienced God in a way
that challenges and changes you. We offer fun and meaningful programs
for kids infant through high school. We're not about laying on guilt
or pressure, but rather, we're about creating a place where people
can connect with God and with each other, in honest, authentic and
meaningful ways.
Do you have classes for kids during the service?
You betcha! But more than just a "class", we strive for
a meaningful experience where kids can have fun, while connecting
with God and making new friends. Our "Klubhouse Kids"
offers classses for kids newborns through 6th grade. To find out
more, check out:

and 6th grades)
What programs do you have for students?
Just for students, grades 5th through high school, we've got lot's
happening... Magnitude
5.6 has fun and exciting classes on Sunday mornings, at the
11am service. For Junior High, we've got Jr.
High which meets Saturday nights during the 6pm service and
during the 11am service on Sundays, then every first and third Friday
night at The Hub.
For High School,
we've got engaging class discussions on both Saturday evenings at
6pm and Sunday mornings at 11am, then every Thursday night at The
Hub.
