	The Director's Team helps guide Canyon Hills' vision and direction. They are a team of five who regularly meet to discuss and plan everything from the annual budget, to staffing, vision, and facility issues, and more.

John Reed

John is the Lead Pastor of Canyon Hills, and leads the Director's Team. His passion for radical inclusity, the way Christ modeled it, forms the foundation of Canyon Hill's vision. It's not widely known, that one of his greatest desires is to beat Jon Hall and Mike Taylor on the basketball court, and regain long-lost bragging-rights. He's married to wife Debbie, and has 2 children, Alexis and Hudson.

Jon Hall

Jon joined the Director's Team in 2001 and brings a laid-back style, a creative edge, and a burning desire to beat Rob and John on the basketball court. Jon is married to wife Sophia, and has three children, Emily, Natalie and Stefani.

Tab Johnson

Tab joined the Director's Team in the Summer of 2005, and brings extensive experience in business and leadership to the d-team. Tab is a father of two (Tim and Katherine), and is a partner in a local commercial development firm.

Kevin Kasper

Kevin also joined the Director's Team in the Summer of 2005. Kevin coaches college baseball in Riverside, and brings to the d-team a great gift of leadership and a passion to see God's plan for Canyon Hills lived out. Kevin is married to Amy, and father to Alissa and McKenna.

Rob Yackley (absentia)

Rob leads a ministry that develops young emerging leaders, called NieuCommunities. His wisdom and experience in team leadership and living a spirit-led life is invaluable to the Director's team. It's difficult to miss Rob, not so much for his six-foot-five frame, but rather his propensity to laugh VERY LOUD. Rob is married to wife Laurie, and has three children, Melissa, Jonathan and Brittney.
[in absentia...] Rob is currently with one of his teams in South Africa through 2006, but occasionally lends us his wisdom via email and internet phone!
